对负担多个防烟分区的排烟系统设计分析

Analysis of mechanical smoke exhaust system design with multiple smoke control zones

摘要: 依据现行防排烟相关规范,介绍担负不同防烟分区的排烟(补风)系统设计方案;重点研究室内净高H≤6 m场所,负担多个防烟分区排烟系统的排烟支管以及对应补风系统设计分歧点,对不同排烟(补风)系统方案优缺点进行比较;通过风机及管路性能曲线对具体案例中排烟系统 定性、定量分析,对管路进行严格合理水力计算并选型风机,最后给出合理排烟(补风)设计方案及工程设计建议,对以后类似工程排烟设计提供借鉴或参考。

Abstract: According to the current relevant standard of smoke management, different design schemes of smoke exhaust (makeup air) system with multiple smoke control zones were introduced. Focus on smoke exhaust branch duct and makeup air system design differences of smoke exhaust system with multiple smoke control zones, for place of indoor clear height no more than 6 m, the advantages and disadvantages of different smoke exhaust (makeup air) system schemes were compared. Through fan and duct performance curves, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the smoke exhaust system in certain case were carried out. By strict and reasonable hydraulic calculation of the air duct was carried out for fan selection. Finally, reasonable smoke exhaust design scheme and suggestions were put forward, which can provide reference for smoke exhaust design of similar projects in the future.
