盛装IG541气体的气瓶底部泄漏原因分析

摘要: 针对充装IG541气瓶在水压试验过程中多个气瓶接地部分泄漏的事实,对气瓶泄漏原因进行分析。对水压爆破后气瓶底部的腐蚀产物进行了能谱分析,根据元素比例关系确定腐蚀产物为FeCO3,通过分析FeCO3的形成过程,找出了控制充装IG541气体充装的措施。

Abstract:  In view of the fact that the leakage at the grounding point of gas cylinders for filling IG541 gas during the hydrostatic test, the cause of gas cylinder leakage was analyzed. The corrosion product, which was at the bottom of the gas cylinder after hydraulic blasting was analyzed by energy spectrum. The corrosion product is determined as FeCO3 according to the element proportion. The formation process of FeCO3 is analyzed. The reasonable measures to control the filling of IG541 gas is found out,according to the analyzing of the formation process of FeCO3.
