摘要： 消防员心理健康量表通过情感和行为两个分量表考察消防救援人员的心理健康水平。每个分量表包含7个维度，此外还包括3个效度量表，以保证量表施测的有效性。量表中的项目均为针对消防员心理健康问题的自陈式描述。通过数据分析可知，自编量表具有良好的信度和效度，能够作为测量国内消防救援人员职业心理健康的标准化工具，并为消防救援人员的心理健康深入研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: The Firefighter Mental Health Scale examines the mental health level of fire rescuers through two sub-scales, emotion and behavior. Each sub-scale contains 7 dimensions, in addition with three validity measures to guarantee the validity of the scale. The items on the scale are self-described descriptions of firefighters' mental health problems. Through data analysis, it can be seen that the self-compiled scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a standardized tool for measuring the occupational mental health of domestic fire rescue personnel, and provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on the mental health of fire rescue personnel.
