Design of intelligent fire-fighting linkage system for data center in multi-station fusion substation

摘要: 为了解决多站融合变电站内数据中心传统消防的机械性、低效性、传输距离短等问题,设计一种基于LoRa无线传输的数据中心智能消防联动系统。该系统通过传感器探测烟雾、温度以及电压实现多参量探测系统,利用LoRa远距离无线传输将多个探测终端节点的处理数据传输至消防监控终端,经过阈值比较法判断数据中心实时状态,联动各区域消防设备完成协同灭火。实验结果表明,探测终端信息可在5 s内完成响应,消防灭火继电器的响应时间则在0.5 s内,相较于传统的细水雾灭火系统响应时间(小于60 s)有了较大的提升,并能在监控屏上准确显示火灾位置,灭火效果好,无复燃现象。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of mechanical, inefficiency, and short transmission distance of the traditional fire protection of the data center in the multi-station integrated substation, a data center intelligent fire protection linkage system based on LoRa wireless transmission is designed. The system uses sensors to detect smoke, temperature, and voltage to achieve a multi-parameter detection system. It uses LoRa long-distance wireless transmission to transmit the processing data of multiple detection terminal nodes to the fire monitoring terminal, and judges the real-time status of the data center through the threshold comparison method to link the fire protection of each area to complete the coordinated fire extinguishing. The experimental results show that the detection terminal responds in 5 s to information and the fire extinguishing relay responds in 0.5 s, which is of big improvement as the traditional water mist system's response time is less than 60 s. The system can accurately display the location of the fire on the monitoring screen, and the fire extinguishing effect is good without re-ignition.
