Comprehensive analysis of combustion performance and environmental performance of campus furniture panels

Abstract: Based on the artificial boards commonly used in campus furniture at present, the combustion performance and environmental protection performance of the boards were tested respectively, and the comprehensive performance evaluation of the boards was obtained through the five key performance indexes of ignition time, peak heat release rate per unit area, total heat release, total smoke production and formaldehyde release. The results show that with the increase of radiant illumination, the flame retardant property of the plate will decrease. The burning time of the impregnated paper was improved, but the heat release rate, total heat release and total smoke production were different. Plywood and impregnated paper veneer plywood have high heat release rate, high smoke yield and poor flame retardant performance.
