Research on the atomization characteristics of fine water under different pressure

Abstract: In order to study the atomization characteristics of water mist and analyze the influence of pressure on the characteristic parameters of water mist field quantitatively, computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT was used to analyze the particle size distribution, velocity distribution and concentration distribution of water mist field under different pressure.High- speed camera technology and laser particle size analysis technology were used to verify the simulation research of the characteristic parameters of water mist field. The results showed that after the fluid was injected into the continuous phase air from the nozzle, the spray pattern remained conical. The velocity of the external flow field of the water mist in the center of the section was the largest, and decreased gradually to the edge. The number of particles under the nozzle was the largest. With the increase of the horizontal distance from the nozzle, the number of particles decreased gradually.
