The influence of extremely cold weather on the efficiency of fire fighting and rescue and the countermeasures

Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness of fire fighting and rescue in extremely cold weather, the fire fighting and rescue operation ability of fire commanders and soldiers and the anti freezing situation of fire fighting and rescue equipment in Daxinganling area of Heilongjiang Province were investigated, the difficulty of fire fighting and rescue was analyzed, and the countermeasures for fire fighting and rescue such as strengthening early warning and prediction, training and drill, low temperature guarantee, water source management and equipment development were proposed, and the reasonable suggestions were put forward for further improving the operational efficiency and operational safety of fire fighting and rescue in extremely cold weather.
