FDS-based smoke simulation of underground building fire in Xuzhou subway

Abstract: Taking the underground building of Block E of Xingshanzi project of Xuzhou subway Line 1 as the background, and considering the building's existing passive and active fire protection facilities, numerical simulation method (FDS) was used to research the reform project. The characteristics of the fire spread, temperature field, gas flow changes during the fire were analyzed in detail. The fire safety of the underground storage warehouse and maintenance warehouse was evaluated. Relevant fire safety management recommendations were made for the underground building based on the simulation results.
