Accident consequence evaluation of hydrogen chloride leakage based on GIS system

Abstract: The production of polysilicon in China adopts the improved Siemens method. Hydrogen Chloride, as one of the main raw materials, has the risk of fire, explosion and poisoning in its synthesis device. Once leakage occurs, it will cause great harm to the surrounding environment and personnel. A typical polysilicon manufacturing enterprise in China is taken as an example to simulate the consequences of hydrogen chloride gas leakage under different modes and scenarios, and the visual output is realized on GIS system, the scope and the different situations involved in some parts of the indoor and outdoor concentrations change curve is provided, so as to provide a decision-making basis for emergency rescue and personnel evacuation.
