Research on occurrence mechanism and traces characteristics of carbonized path arc

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the formation mechanism of single-phase/biphasic carbonization path discharge fault in 220 V AC circuit, and studies the occurrence process of this type of fault and the fire risk by simulation experiments. At the same time, it compares and analyzes the macroscopic morphology and metallographic structure of the simulated experiment and the material evidence submitted for inspection, summarizes the characteristics of the traces formed by this type of failure, and provides technical support for related trace identification methods and fire investigations.
