Abstract: In order to solve the bottleneck problems encountered in the collaborative work of fire prevention and firefighting, and to address the issue of grassroots fire rescue forces not being able to investigate, we will start from two aspects: "prevention" work and "rescue" preparation work before a fire occurs, run through the entire fire prevention work, identify key factors, and explore the "four-color inspection method" for fire prevention and firefighting collaborative work to identify risks and eliminate hidden dangers, enhance the ability to identify risks and eliminate hidden dangers, and promote the modernization of grassroots fire governance system and governance capacity.
