Abstract: In order to provide strategic support for the emergency rescue of large-scale petrochemical fire, multi-agent modeling theory is proposed to study the emergency rescue process. Factors affecting the emergency rescue were analyzed, including time, environment, rescue personnel and logistical support are analyzed. The disposal process is simplified into two stages: personnel search and fire foam supply. The stage of personnel search is designed in the method of multi-agent modeling, and the NetLogo platform is used for simulation. Simulation results show that, the number of rescue teams shouldn't be too large; the weight of rescue equipment shouldn't be too heavy;the trapped people own environmental suitability. The results prove that the multi-agent modeling method is effective and can provide decision support when coping with large-scale petrochemical fire.
