摘要: 消防救援机构推进火灾事故延伸调查已在全国全面推进,亟须针对流通渠道追责方式及质量监管方法开展研究。本文基于锂电池电动自行车火灾,系统研究全链条调查的方法和技术手段。研究表明,全链条调查可推动地区的锂电池产品专项整治,提高火灾风险防控能力,使行业监管部门的整治措施更有针对性,为延伸调查提供新技术手段。

Abstract: Abstract: The extension investigation of fire accidents by fire rescue agencies has been comprehensively promoted nationwide, and there is an urgent need to conduct research on the accountability methods and quality supervision methods for circulation channels. This article is based on the fire of lithiumion battery electric bicycles, and systematically studies the methods and technical means of full chain investigation. Research has shown that the full chain investigation can promote the special rectification of lithium battery products in the region, improve fire risk prevention and control capabilities, make the rectification measures of industry regulatory authorities more targeted, and provide new technical means for extending the investigation.
