城市综合管廊电力舱通风量及阻力研究

Study on ventilation and resistance of power cabin in urban utility tunnel

摘要: 为保障城市综合管廊电力舱安全运营,采用实验与数值模拟两种方法对其通风时风量与阻力进行研究。选取某城市综合管廊电力舱3个防火分区作为实验区域,通过对防火隔断的控制,形成3个不同长度的实验区域,对实验区域内的断面风速与断面之间压差进行测量。利用FLUENT软件进行模拟计算。结果表明:管廊内沿程阻力远小于局部阻力;当风速达到一定值后,管廊内沿程阻力系数与局部阻力系数为定值;城市综合管廊存在较多支线,存在漏风现象,通风分区长度不宜超过400 m;对综合管廊电力舱阻力进行研究时,实验法与数值模拟法的计算结果基本吻合,且数值模拟法可以研究更多工况。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation of the power cabin in the urban integrated pipe gallery, the air volume and resistance during ventilation were studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. Three fire compartments in the electric cabin of a city's comprehensive pipe gallery were selected as the experimental area.Through the control of fire partition, three experimental areas of different lengths were formed. The section wind speed and the pressure difference between sections in the experimental area were measured. The FLUENT was used to simulate the experiment. The results showed that the resistance is much less than the local resistance. The resistance coefficients along the utility tunnel and the local resistance coefficients are constant when the wind speed reaches a certain value. There are many branch lines and air leakage in the urban utility tunnel, and the length of ventilation partition should not exceed 400 m. When studying the resistance of the power cabin in the utility tunnel, the experimental method and the numerical simulation method basically agree, and the numerical simulation method can study more working conditions.
